Terms & Conditions of Booking

General Guest Information: ​

Our weekly lets are Saturday to Saturday (The Granary Holiday Cottage)

The cottages will be available from 4.30 pm on the day of arrival.

The cottage must be vacated no later than 10.30 am on the day of departure

The rental charge is fully inclusive of all electric, hot water, central heating, towels and linen.​

We currently accept cheques  / payment via BACS transfer / debit / credit card payments

Pet Policy:

Up to 2 dogs are permitted per stay. 

Please notify us upon booking if you wish to bring your dog(s)

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside of the cottage

Dogs are NOT permitted on the sofas or beds.

Any damages caused by pets will be charged for.

Booking &  Confirmation Policy:

Bookings must be confirmed with  a 25%  deposit within 7 days.​     

The balance of the rental value is due no later than 2 weeks prior to the arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:

For bookings cancelled more than 4 weeks ahead of arrival, we will provide a full refund.

For bookings cancelled within 4 weeks of arrival, the deposit is non refundable.

For bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival, the deposit is non refundable and the balance payment will only be refunded if the owner is able to re let the dates cancelled

There will be no refund for non arrival or early departure.
